Description

Barley from a clean sheet has medium-sized grains of light gray color with a dark stripe, after cooking it has a pleasant taste and a slightly nutty aroma. Despite the fact that when cooked, the pearl barley does not lose its consistency, remains moderately elastic, does not boil.
