Description
We bring to your attention chilled and frozen quail carcasses. Our farm specializes in the cultivation and sale of 42-day-old poultry. Quail meat at this age is optimal for children's and dietary nutrition, cooking delicatessen dishes. At the age of 6 weeks, quail muscles contain the largest amount of essential amino acids. The weight of the processed carcass has a “French” caliber of 200 – 220 grams.
