Description
The unique cheese was obtained as a result of experiments by Hannah Nielsen, who became interested in making cheese. In the XXI century, cheese is made according to a recipe invented in the middle of the XIX century. It is made using special ferments by self-pressing method: the whey is removed not under the pressure of oppression, but freely under the weight of a mature cheese grain, which gives the finished cheese a special texture.
