Description
Dried Frumba olives are not harvested in December and they ripen and dry right on the branches. In January, sun-dried fruits are removed and mixed with coarse sea salt, put in storage, adding olive oil. Dried black olives in this way are ideal as an appetizer for any dry wine. Frubma goes well with cheese, vegetables and herbs.
