Composition
Traditional Greek coffee. Ingredients: 100% roasted ground coffee from a mixture of Arabica and Robusta varieties. In Greece, dark roasted coffee is called "SKOUROS". When roasting "SKUROS", the beans are roasted until the beginning of the "second click" (dark roast), their color tends towards dark brown, the surface becomes more glossy. The sweetness begins to decrease, chocolate notes appear in the aroma. The taste itself becomes more saturated, but already distinctly “roasted” with a slight coffee bitterness.
