Description
Exotic Japanese tea with rice - genmaitya is not complicated in composition. Its basis is sentya or bantha green tea and fried brown rice. When making tea, two varieties of rice are used – mochigome (it is more sticky) or uruchigome (crumbly), which affects the transparency and consistency of the drink.The brewed tea has a light yellow hue and a very mild aroma that combines the fresh herbal taste of green tea with the sweet taste of fried rice.
