In the modern world, this approach is called the cold extraction method, it is used less and less often, because it requires a lot of financial and time costs. Today, most manufacturers add ready-made extracts of herbs and plants to the oil.
Agriniu oil with chili pepper is made by cold extraction, i.e. by prolonged infusion of chili peppers in olive oil. Traditional recipe and real taste are important for us.
Application
Olive oil and chili are a classic combination to add spice and a special flavor to dishes from vegetables, legumes, salads, sauces, meat and fish.
1-2 tablespoons are enough to give the dish a special piquancy.
Agriniu olive oil has a naturally low acidity, not exceeding 0.5%.
